No! I provide a home based diet that is easy to make and with readily available ingredients in your local market and items that you have been eating since childhood. No special preparation is required.

I recommend a lifestyle maintainable diet which is right for you. I prescribe diets that are scientific. I don’t believe in calorie crash diets which lowers your metabolism.

You are unique. Each body is different with a different genetic constitution and metabolism. Depending on your personal targets we suggest you the time that may be required.
